This year’s Digital Manufacturing Week takes place from 12-15th November at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, and is expected to welcome over 6,000 industry leaders and digitally-minded manufacturers.

For the third year running, Liverpool City Region will be hosting this showcase of the very best of innovation, IoT, digital transformation, smart factories, industrial data and automation to an international audience.

We are delighted to be an official Partner of Smart Factory Expo (13-14th Nov) and will be exhibiting within the Liverpool City Region Pavilion – is a dedicated space for local partners to have a collective presence and highlight the skills, knowledge base and resources available throughout the region.

We will also be participating in Solutions Theatre presentations, providing some thought leadership and insight into the world of sensors and IoT, digital adoption and barriers to integration, as well as showcasing technical projects that our engineering team are undertaking for our resident members and external customers.

Smart Factory Expo is free to attend, and you can sign up as a delegate here

Make sure you also check out Innovation Alley which will run through the centre of the exhibition linking all the Visitor Zones together and provide a platform for the UK’s most innovative manufacturing technology start-ups.

This ‘ideas market’ has a particular focus on; AI, Data Analytics, IoT, Cyber Security, Digital Manufacturing and the Circular Economy and we hope that a number of Sensor City start-ups will have a presence here.

Overall, Digital Manufacturing Week provides manufacturers with access to the ideas, talent and tools needed to succeed in the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’.

Comprising dozens of manufacturing events, and featuring hundreds of presentations, Digital Manufacturing Week exists to fast-track the UK’s adoption of industry 4.0 technologies and solutions and to dramatically increase the pace of digitalisation.

We have already contributed several Smart Moves ideas and are working closely with The Manufacturer to help make the 2019 event another huge success.
