Sensor City’s Space to Innovate membership is designed to support businesses in meeting their growth aspirations.

The membership has been developed to meet different business requirements, whether it’s rapid prototype development, business support or help in identifying and opening up opportunities.

Office Space & Hot Desks

Sensor City has a wide range of available office suites, which can be sub-divided to suit tenants’ requirements.

For companies who require a more flexible working arrangement, we can offer hot desking and hot bench access through a variety of packages.

Laboratory Facilities

Sensor City’s state-of-the-art facilities are available to companies who are residents of the building and also to the wider community.

Companies can either access expert engineering support or use the equipment themselves under our Laboratory Passport Scheme.

Events & Meeting Space

Sensor City has the capacity to accommodate up to 70 delegates in a range of meeting and event spaces, which provide a professional and welcoming atmosphere, set within a modern, high tech surrounding.
