Following the success of Jelly Liverpool we are excited to be running Student Jelly @ Sensor City.

WHAT?

Student Jelly @ Sensor City is an informal get-together providing opportunities for students to use our free work space, access business support and find out more about our on-site tech facilities.

WHO?

No matter what you study or what you create, you’re welcome to come to Student Jelly @ Sensor City to share your talent and learn from others.

WHY ATTEND?

Student Jelly @ Sensor City allows students to work independently away from the library or classroom. Take advantage of our FREE Tea and Coffee, FREE Wi-Fi and FREE popcorn!

Our break-out spaces are also ideal for group work. Just bring a laptop or whatever you need to get your work done.

We are also offering a rolling programme of optional ‘meet the expert’ sessions, including demos of our 3D Printers and VR Suite, introductions to our tenants and corporate members, and tours around our labs.

WHEN?

Every Wednesday during term time, between 1-5pm.

The specialist sessions will take place at 2:30pm. This week’s session is ‘Meet the Industrial Software Specialist’.

WHERE?

Sensor City, 31 Russell Street, Liverpool, L3 5LJ (the big gold, glass building you’ve probably walked past hundreds of times!)

Sensor City is a joint venture between The University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. Located at the gateway to Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter and positioned at the intersection of industry and academia, the global innovation hub facilitates connectivity and fosters progress, promoting sensor solutions and IoT to a global market.
